published July 3, 2009 by Ornaments.comA few weeks ago I was contacted by Maggie at Ornaments.com who was putting together an article on jewelry and ornamentation for the Ornaments blog. I'll admit I wasn't familiar with this site previously but it certainly looks like there are lots of interesting artisans featured. While the site is heavy on decorative ornaments (say for your holiday decorations), I was quite impressed with the finished article Maggie sent me a few days ago.
"Wearable Ornaments or Jewelry?" discusses jewelry vs. ornamentation, a brief history of adornment and one's perception of what ornamentation is without losing the reader. I am featured among a few of my contemporaries from the Wearable Art Market at 1000Markets.com.
